Connect your SmartRecruiters environment to Starred to automatically trigger feedback surveys

What permissions do you need to do this?

- In Starred: you need to be an Admin.

- In SmartRecruiters: you need to be a Lever Admin to integrate Starred.This is to ensure that the user that integrates the apps won't be deactivated in the future. When the SmartRecruiters user who integrated Starred gets removed from SmartRecruiters, Starred gets disconnected.

 

How to Connect SmartRecruiters to Starred

  1. Go to your Settings
  2. Click on Integrations
  3. Find SmartRecruiters in the list
  4. Click on Connect
  5. You will be redirected to SmartRecruiters to log into your account
  6. Click Connect SmartRecruiters to continue.
  7. Allow access to the requested settings.

    Access candidates
    Access company settings
    Access jobs
    Access users
    Access interviews and timeslots
    View, create and delete webhook subscriptions

Limitations of the SmartRecruiters integration

Sandbox environment for testing

Starred does not support a NewSandbox environment. However, if you're using a regular sandbox you shouldn't encounter any issues.

Custom fields

  • Starred can only pull custom fields on application (application fields, candidate fields) and job level (hiring process and team)
  • Starred can also pull screening questions. However, we currently only expose yes/no and single dropdown questions.
  • It is not possible to pull tags from SmartRecruiters.
