Your privacy statement explains why you collect feedback and how data is used.

Data Retention
Control how long personal data is stored.

After the set period, data is automatically anonymized

Removed: first name, last name, email

Kept: ratings, comments, response totals
❗ Important: Anonymization is permanent and cannot be undone.
- Custom fields: choose whether to keep custom fields after anonymization. If you choose to delete them, you can still filter and analyze old feedback.
If you choose to keep them:

Fields must not contain personal data (e.g., IDs, phone numbers, locations) to ensure anonymity.
You are responsible for ensuring compliance.
Manually Delete Respondent Data
You can permanently delete a respondent’s data upon request.
This removes:

Name and email
-
All ratings and comments
-
All custom fields
⚠️ Warning: Deletion is irreversible and affects reports and dashboards.
