The Hiring Manager dashboard
Track satisfaction, trends, and recruiter ratings across all Hiring Manager surveys
The Hiring Manager dashboard pulls together all surveys linked to the Hiring Manager journey type, giving you a single place to monitor satisfaction, track trends, and spot areas that need attention.
This dashboard vs. individual Survey dashboards
You can view Hiring Manager survey results in two places, and both have their use:
- If you run multiple Hiring Manager satisfaction surveys, this dashboard is more useful day-to-day since it aggregates results across all of them.
- Individual Survey dashboards analyze results by question block, which may suit you better if you prefer that structure.
Overview metrics
The top section gives you a quick read on overall performance:
- NPS score - overall hiring manager satisfaction
- Responses and response rate - how representative your data is
- Average satisfaction - mean score across star and grade questions
- NPS distribution - breakdown of detractors, passives, and promoters
- Trends over time - how NPS and average scores are moving

Check this section regularly to catch shifts in sentiment before they become bigger issues.
Hiring Manager ratings and matrix
This section breaks down feedback by subject, from the hiring manager's perspective:
- Left chart - number of responses to star, grade, and NPS questions
- Right chart - average ratings per individual question

Use this to identify which parts of the recruitment process hiring managers are happy with and which aren't landing as well.
Recruiter ratings and matrix
This section shows how hiring managers rate recruiters - internal feedback, not candidate feedback.
- Left chart - responses, average ratings, and NPS per recruiter
- Right chart - average ratings per question

It's worth comparing these results against the Recruiter Performance dashboard, which shows candidate feedback on the same recruiters. Gaps between the two can reveal blind spots - a recruiter who scores well with candidates but poorly with hiring managers (or vice versa) is worth a closer look.
Getting the most out of this dashboard
-
Watch the NPS trend line over time, not just the current score - a gradual decline is easy to miss if you only check snapshots.
-
Drill into specific subjects or questions when you see a dip, rather than treating the overall score as the whole story.
- Cross-reference the Recruiter ratings here with the Recruiter Performance dashboard to compare how recruiters are perceived internally versus by candidates.
