User Access Rights
Learn about what user permissions are available and how to assign them.
You can manage access rights in two ways:
- Assign a predefined role (recommended - roles come with rights already set).
❗User roles are only available in Candidate Experience accounts.
- Edit an individual profile to customize permissions.
To adjust permissions:

Go to your Colleagues section:

Find the user in the list
-
Click Edit
- Enable or disable specific rights

Settings
| Permission | Description |
|---|---|
| Can edit company details | Edit company details, styles, and invitation templates. |
| Can edit colleagues | Add new users and edit other users' permissions. |
| Can access API page | View API credentials and manage webhooks. |
| Can access Privacy page | Access the Privacy settings page. |
| Can view Audit Logs | View a record of company user activity (logins, surveys sent, dashboard views). |
| Can delete responses | Delete individual survey responses. |
Surveys
| Permission | Description |
|---|---|
| Can create and edit surveys | Create new surveys or edit existing ones. |
| Can view surveys | Access the Survey Overview (without editing rights). |
Invitations

| Can send invitations | Send out survey invitations manually. |
| Can create and edit sender addresses | Create alias sender email addresses for invitations. |
Integrations

| Can access Integrations | Manage, edit, or delete workflows in the Integrations page. |
Data & Dashboards
| Permission | Description |

| Can view survey dashboards | Access dashboards for each survey. |
| Can filter dashboards | Use filters to segment dashboard results. |
| Can see individual responses | View respondent-level data and open comments. |
| Can create and edit data access policies | Manage data visibility rules for teams or roles. |
| Can view comments | See open-text responses from respondents. |
| Can manage custom fields | Edit and delete custom fields and their values. |
