Role-based Dashboards

Get an aggregated view of candidate experience results across all surveys.

In addition to individual survey dashboards, Starred provides role-based dashboards that bring together results from multiple surveys.

These dashboards are made up of different sub-dashboards, which help you analyze your candidate experience across the entire recruitment process.

Admins have access to all of the sub-dashboards, while they can choose which dashboards other users can see. πŸ“˜Learn how to set up dashboards for other user roles β†’

Available dashboards

Main tab

See an overview of your overall Candidate Experience results across rejected, withdrawn, and hired surveys.

Comparison tab

Here you can compare NPS and Average Satisfaction score between two sets of filters.

Performance dashboards

Break down candidate experience results by:

  • department to identify strengths and improvement areas across teams

  • recruiter to compare performance and identify opportunities for improvement

  • coordinator to compare performance and identify opportunities for improvement

We only offer the Performance tabs when you have Department, Recruiter or Coordinator as a custom field added your responses.

Matrix

Displays the Matrix using aggregated data from your Candidate Experience surveys, helping you identify which topics have the biggest impact and should be prioritized. πŸ“˜ Learn about Starred's Matrix β†’

Hiring Manager

Shows results from your Hiring Manager survey.

Responses

A list of all responses collected across surveys.

Comments

The Comments dashboard organizes all survey feedback by question type and NPS score:

  • NPS question comments grouped by Promoters, Passives, and Detractors 

  • Star and grade question comments, divided by subject and rating (under 6 / over 6)

  • Other question types:

    • Multiple choice

    • Yes/No – divided by Yes or No responses

    • Open-ended – displays qualitative feedback

Comment Analysis

Provides quantitative insights into open feedback. Starred automatically assigns sentiment and topics to comments to help you analyze qualitative data.

Platform Usage

Shows recent activity in your account, including invitations and responses, and compares them with the previous 30 days.
